Get Missionally Developed
GOD’s Promise of redemption radically changes our lives and our worldview. As He repurposes our lives according to His Purpose, our focus shifts from our own personal agenda to seeing His Mission fulfilled in our world. Our families, our jobs, our careers, all become opportunities for us to shine the Light and Love of Jesus to people who don’t know Him.
Accepting His Call
Jesus came to seek and save the lost (Luke 19:10), and when we respond to His Call on our lives by surrendering every part of who we are to everything He Is, He begins to develop us to live His Choice for us. Ephesians 2:10 tells us that, we are His creative work, having been created in Christ Jesus for good works that GOD prepared beforehand so we can do them. This means that’s it’s both a blessing and a responsibility to receive access to Salvation. And, when we repent of our sins, take on His Identity in water baptism, and we receive His Power through the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, our lives start to be lived On-Mission for Jesus.
Mission 101
Each Development Month each Semester Pastor Monte leads Mission 101, which is our small group Bible study that’s designed to help every believer understand the Mission, discover their place in the Mission, and to recognize the opportunities Jesus has already opened up in each of our lives.
